I was lost after the first step. I use a computer to type letters. I find ms confusing and expensive. Next computer will be chrome based. What a load of fireworks and crap to get when all you want is to use office and send a few emails. Repeat keystrokes not working.
Like you indicated – It is not the business O365 – which I am guessing was made to work with an Exchange Server and therefore Calenders and Contacts work fine ( even OneNote) – synchronising to Outlook.com. Incoming mail appears to work fine on both – but no other folders work – especially as I file my important emails in specific folders – these never synchronise. I have one set of folders on,com and another set on 2016.
